How to Book:

Fill out the registration form outlining your training needs on our website
After completing the questionnaire, you will be contacted by our Charlie's Mates team to help identify the right training package and available dates for your one-on-one personal consultation.
Upon agreement of the training dates and time, you will be sent a link for a meeting with your trainer for your initial consultation.
During/After the consultation, you will receive your homework and some training notes with advice for your specific situation
In some cases, follow-up sessions can be required as part of the trainer’s training plan set up and identified.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24h in advance before the class/booking commences. There are no refunds for any changes/cancellations made less than 24h in advance.
